I am doing research on naval history. I have hear that Haiti had a civil war
in the years 1868 to 1869. Is this true? An if so, were there any naval
battle during that era.  I know that Haiti had some relatively moder warhips
for that era. Can you help me and shed some light on this subject? Are there
any books on this era?
