In the novel I'm currently reading I just ran across this passage.... thought it might bring home some fun memories.

They were swept from one shore of reality to another more liberated coast, a new world where they had temporary license to do absolutely anything that entered their heads, play any scene or voice any pronouncements that suddenly they fancied."
