#519: Counting coups, can you help? (fwd)

I would like to know how many changes of government and how many coups
d'etats have occurred since Duvalier's departure in 1986?  I have counted
15 changes of governments including Namphy 1, Namphy 2, and all of
Aristide's different prime ministers, (including Malval) and now Alexis.

Is there any confirmation of this observation and how many coups have there
been? (please make a list).
