Fear!! Panic!!!  Look!  More Haitians on our shores....and it's Aristide's
fault so for God's sake stop him, whatever it takes!!!  (do they look scared
now?  do they need more fear?)  Drugs!!!  It's all Haiti's fault, we almost had
the flow stemmed to a trickle when Aristide popped up and took over!!!  Get him
out of there before we all succomb to cocaine addiction and our country will
be destroyed by dope fiends!!  FEAR!!!!  PANIC!!!  You know, I think he might
even have weapons of mass destruction!!!   INVADE!!

(anyone who is afraid of Aristide is a big fat sissy.)
