Dear Community Stakeholder:


As organizational representatives who are concerned about the social,
cultural, economic and political well-being of our community, we invite you
to join us in an Action Forum to address the following critical issues:
Housing and Community Development, Education, Health, Economic Development
and Civic Engagement on July 19, 2003, at Miami Edison Senior High School,
from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  At this forum all stakeholders will participate
in a process to create a blueprint that will be utilized in the
implementation of a community agenda.

Please note that attendance in the Action Forum is reserved exclusively for
those who are willing to study the pre-forum materials as well as
participate in the all day event. To register for the Action Forum and
receive your pre-forum materials please complete the enclosed RSVP form.  If
