There is one fact missing - i was the person who filled the form to
request the .ht on behalf of REHRED (www.rehred-haiti.net). it was
granted to REHRED, then shortly after canceled and given to hintelfocus
after a letter of minister of public works... illegal action regarding
IANA rules

since then no single web hosted with .ht...

hope this new transfer would solve this an enable a haitian web space
