For the first time the history of the use of dogs in conflicts is exhibited, detailed and vividly. The richly illustrated exhibition with original items informs the public on the use of dogs in the First and Second World War and the Vietnam War with a view on the present. Both the historical treatment of this issue in the 20th and 21st Century, as well as the presentation of dogs in war by the media are highlighted.
The exhibition contains more than 20 large-scale information panels with contemporary pictures illustrating the use of dogs in all parties at war. Original items can be displayed in separate showcases. Media station will display a remake of the film All Quiet on the Western Front from 1930 with dogs performing, as is shown in an American dog recruitment film from World War II.
