- The 1904 World's Fair and it's relationship to Dogtown
Several essays that talk about the fair itself and about it's connection to the neighborhood of Dogtown. The World's Fair
seems to mark a period of transition away from clay mining and brick making as the center of Cheltenham/Dogtown economy
and also marks a period of population growth.
- Currently Standing Homes Which May Be Century Homes The identification,
documentation, photographing and seeking older photos of these houses is a special project
of The Dogtown Historical Society. We use 1900 as the cut off date at this time since we have
data from the 1900 Federal Census as a guide.
